“Customer Service PLUS! Chris cleaned ALL my many windows, inside and out, along with the screens. That is to be expected. And he did a great job. Also to be expected, this is what he advertises that he does. What he ALSO did was draw lines on the exterior of my cathedral living room windows with white acrylic paint pens that I had purchased from Amazon to deter bird strikes. And it IS WORKING. Prior to his doing the lines, I averages at least one bird strike a day. Now I have had zero. I work from home, so I can hear and sometimes see when this happens. I am so full of joy not to find tiny bird bodies any longer. The paint pens cost me maybe 6.00. I believe they will wash off the next time he comes to wash the windows, so he will need to re-do them. But they have not washed off in the rain. And my windows are so sparkly. The entire house is more fresh with the windows so clean.”
