Attention: A chalky white substance on your siding and trim is caused by oxidation.

This occurs most often during damp or wet weather. Oxidation can be cleaned from most siding, but the process can be time-consuming and labor-intensive. Because of this we do not offer this service.

Customers should expect that if their house currently has oxidation on it, a standard house wash will not remove it and, in some cases,may  make the oxidation more noticeable especially on aluminum siding.

A pre-inspection of the house will be performed before any service will occur and the customer will be informed of any conditions that may effect the outcome during cleaning of the house. As a result service may be declined due to severe oxidization.

If you see this on your siding be aware this will not come off during a house wash. Artillery fungus usually develops around mulch landscaping and if not removed right away will basically become permanently etched into the siding and even high pressure washing will not remove it and doing so could potentially damage the siding as well. Being incredibly time consuming and tedious to remove the fungus, we do not offer that service.
