Important Notes

Oxidation Icon

Oxidation

A chalky white substance on your siding indicates oxidation, which often occurs with overexposure to sunlight. While we can clean most siding effectively, standard house washing services may not remove oxidation and could even make it more noticeable on aluminum siding. Because of this, we do not offer oxidation removal services.

We will perform a pre-inspection of the house before any service occurs, and we will inform the customer of any conditions that may affect the outcome. Service may be declined due to severe oxidization.

Fungus

Artillery Fungus

If you notice artillery fungus on your siding, be aware that it cannot be removed during a house wash. Artillery fungus usually develops around mulch landscaping and, if not removed right away, will basically become permanently etched into the siding. Even highpressure washing will not remove it and might even potentially damage the siding. Since it is incredibly time-consuming and tedious to remove the fungus, we do not offer that service.
